1 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the jilivs1 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing jilivs1 services.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilivs1 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from jilivs1 or any other gambling platform, or who has been excluded by order of a regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. jilivs1 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. jilivs1 may use third-party identity verification services to confirm the information you provide.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

2 Account Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jilivs1 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jilivs1 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with such accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your jilivs1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity that occurs under your jilivs1 account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Notifying jilivs1 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

jilivs1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. Account transfers, sales, or assignments to other individuals are strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

jilivs1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. jilivs1 does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the jilivs1 platform at the time of the transaction and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jilivs1 may require you to verify that the payment method used for withdrawal is registered in your name and matches the information on your jilivs1 account. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on your account, or to a verified account in your name.

jilivs1 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. jilivs1 is not liable for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jilivs1 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. jilivs1 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

jilivs1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jilivs1 promotions include:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your jilivs1 account in bonus credit form and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• jilivs1 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to your account.

jilivs1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be affected by subsequent changes to that specific promotion's terms, except where required by law or regulatory authority.

5 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jilivs1 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed on the platform and these Terms, the game rules shall govern with respect to the specific game in question.

jilivs1 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective table game. Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical error.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jilivs1 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to your account balance. jilivs1 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

• Players must not exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• jilivs1 reserves the right to void bets placed after the official close of a betting market or after a game round has concluded.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilivs1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to play games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any jilivs1 software or systems.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilivs1 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Exploiting promotions in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or identity.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your jilivs1 account through your payment provider.

jilivs1 employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. We cooperate fully with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilivs1 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of jilivs1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilivs1 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilivs1 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jilivs1 content.
• Use any jilivs1 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the jilivs1 platform.

Any unauthorized use of jilivs1 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law, and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jilivs1 and its licensors.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilivs1 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilivs1 platform.

jilivs1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilivs1 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilivs1 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilivs1 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilivs1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Termination and Account Closure

You may close your jilivs1 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

jilivs1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Determination that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1.
• Requirement to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon termination for cause, jilivs1 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination results from a confirmed breach of these Terms, jilivs1 may forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jilivs1, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Where a dispute relates to the fairness of a game outcome or a technical malfunction, jilivs1's server logs and game records shall constitute the primary evidence. jilivs1's decision on such matters, made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
